Nowy Świat is a mixed-use building located in the Spa Park in Rabka-Zdrój. The first two storeys house services — including medical facilities and consulting rooms — while the top two hold apartments overlooking the park.

Conceptually, the building is composed of volumes with two distinct characters. The base is solid and strong: two wings connected by a hall with a staircase, a facade of dark panels, windows arranged in a free rhythm. Above it, the building changes its logic — the upper part is formed by smaller, shifted volumes, each containing a single apartment. The shifts and cut-outs give rise to loggias and terraces.

The facade of the residential floors is a mirror reflecting the greenery — the building disappears into the park, dissolving upwards. Where the volumes slide apart, wood appears: loggias and terraces lined with a warm material bring a human scale to the abstract, reflective form. The underground level houses a multi-space garage, and the maximum possible number of existing trees has been preserved on the site.
