A group of three two-unit residential buildings on Geremka Street in Kraków, designed for BOMI. Construction is complete.

The simple volumes open onto gardens to the west. On the top floor, terraces are set into the roof slope, with views of the greenery. The facades combine flexible clinker in sandstone shades with render, the roof is covered with flat ceramic tiles, and large glazing opens the interiors to the garden.
