House 02 was designed for a developer planning an estate of affordable, ecological houses built with a light steel frame (SCS) in Krzemienica near Rzeszów.

The house is aimed at young couples and can be built in stages. The first stage is about 105 m² for a family of four. As the family grows, the house can be extended at little cost – eventually into a building with a garage for a family of five.
