House 01 opens a series of modular houses designed to grow together with the family.

Construction can start with a basic floor area for a family of three. The volume extends in two directions along its main axis: over time a spacious living area is added, a garage for one or two cars, and further bedrooms or studies upstairs.

Extension requires no demolition. The graphite steel facade panels and the thermal insulation can be dismantled and reused on the new gable walls. The house grows without wasting what it is already made of. The simple form follows from this logic, not from style.
