Wawrzyńca 19 transforms a former municipal power station in Kraków into a residential and commercial complex. The post-industrial halls have been adapted together with part of their original equipment.
The scheme is divided into three buildings: B1 – the former control room and switchgear, B2 – the turbine hall, and B3 – the former boiler house, which has undergone the greatest transformation. The complex contains 86 apartments, two offices, a retail unit, a café and shared spaces for residents. A green courtyard forms its heart.
