The office and staff building was designed as an extension of a production hall in Skawina. The ground floor houses facilities for around 150 employees: changing rooms, washrooms, toilets and a canteen with a kitchen. The first floor contains offices for the management and the design team, two conference rooms and an archive, and the roof holds a green recreational terrace.

The structure is a reinforced concrete frame on a raft foundation. The external walls are designed as a double façade: the outer layer consists of steel mesh panels that control solar gain in the interiors. The volume remains simple and uniform, while the detailing gives it a technical character in keeping with the client's profile.
