We work in current versions of Revit, with the model's level of detail (LOD) matched to the Client's needs — but the method stays the same regardless of the project's scale. We model, run quantity take-offs and design analyses continuously, not at the end of the process.
We coordinate across all disciplines — structure, building services, facades and interiors meet in a single, coherent model. We create schemes and diagrams that show the logic of the building before the first working drawing is made.
For us, BIM is a tool of control, not just documentation — thanks to it we know the design works before construction begins.
